I could hear the the wind howling. An angry and fierce cry.
How would it feel like?
I stepped out into the black night. Like a fist, it slammed into my gut, staggering me.
Relentless and cruel, the cold enveloped me like an icy cage.
Fight. I won't go down cowering.
I closed my eyes and opened my arms wide.
I embraced its power.
I embraced life.
Where naught is seen, and I could only feel.
I could not think nor speak.
And the fury died to a mute.
I had become one with it.

PS: try it. only applicable in winter though.

i happen to be sick at the moment... even the thought of icy winds is a bit too painful right now =P
