Greenie
Someone stole an onion from my vegetable garden. Geramnye. But I guess the person must have been desperate for an onion. Maybe he/she needed to cook french onion soup or stir-fry and really need the taste of an onion because the onion he/she took was not very nice-looking.
Anyway I've decided to revamp my vegetable garden I started several months ago. Initially I bought seeds and I grew parsley, basil, lettuce, spring onions and carrots. My cauliflower plant did grow but the cauliflower never appeared.
I went to the nearby nursery and got myself 5 different types of flower plants for only $12! And I got another flower plant for free for shopping on a Wednesday.
There's something very satisfying about weeding and playing with soil. After uprooting all of my lettuce (they had grown into tall stalks instead of short bushes because I had neglected to pick them over the summer), I replanted my new vegetable garden - this time I used seedlings instead. Tomato, chilli, celery and cucumber. Hopefully they will withstand the scorching summer.
Got my new guidebook for the year and got a little stressed at the PIA forms we need to get filled. PIA stands for Pre-Internship Assessment. If we get any category graded as less than 4/7, we may have to repeat the whole rotation! I guess I can't have much of my self-appointed holidays. I'm not sure how I'm going to stand 6 rotations without a single break except for weekends and public holidays.
And if things go right, I may even get a casual job. Hmm I hope I'm not taking on too much.

i think my flower plants are dying, thanks to the scorching summer heat in Adelaide. somehow i dont think ridwan (and now margaux) are trying very hard to revive them but i dont blame them.
