I've been tagged by the lovely Elia (by the way congratulations again!) who caught me on my afternoon off!
10 honest things about me
1) I'm an instant-gratification-type person. I want coffee, I have coffee. I want chips, I have chips. I feel like Nandos, I buy Nandos. I get reeeeaaally grumpy when I'm hungry.
2) During Gema Temasek I had to sing a small solo bit for a nasyid and I was so nervous that I started on the wrong pitch. Highly embarrassing. Unfortunately the entire performance was burnt onto VCDs for everyone to keep.
3) I haven't done any form of a dedicated physical exercise for the past 5 years. Seriously. I think I have a problem.
4) I am a pengecut. I do not watch horror movies on principle. EVER. When I was seven, I watched this Malay movie that had a floating head with long hair, flying around in a room. I hold that movie responsible for the impact it has on my quality of life.
5) I have major avoidance issues. I won't drive into the city or anywhere past Caulfield because there are tram tracks, narrow lanes and parallel parking. It's irrational I know. So if you want to catch up - make it accessible by PT or allow me to bring a chauffeur.
6) My current body mass index is 16. That's 44 kg divided by 1.65m by 1.65m.
7) I have a fondness for lonely and weird characters. I think they remind me of me.
8) I believe in the one. Call me romantic, idealistic or naive but I think there is one for everyone.
9) I cry easily. In some ways, I am like a baby. It's not that I am giving up - it's just that I am easily overwhelmed by people, feelings, situations and my tear ducts have a very low threshold for tear-making.
10) I like feeling in control. I try to plan everything in advance. I think it's showing in my work. My registrar thinks I'm neurotic. Mostly it's a good thing, but sometimes I get annoyed with myself. That's the problem with insight.
