Bits & pieces of 2009

Anger is a useless emotion. Once spent, it must be discarded. Never let the sun go down upon your anger.

Pan-fried salmon lightly seasoned with lemon, olive oil, salt and pepper topped with fresh goat's cheese is absolutely divine. But it is so much better with company.

There will be numerous occasions in life where credit is not given to whom it is most deserved. To always remember that it is the intention that really matters.

I will always miss and yearn for certain things with pangs of regret; but I always try to remember the times that I was there for and part of.

One can never have too many Nando's, maxi-dresses or Cotton-on t-shirts. Here's to more next year.
